We’re looking forward to the 2024 Cedar Rapids Hunger Fight!

Our 7th Annual Hunger Fight in Cedar Rapids will be held June 5-6 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex.

We look forward to engaging with fellow Iowans to package 225,000 Taco Mac meals to feed hungry children here in Iowa, distributed by HACAP. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts are available to accommodate all schedules.

 

Everything you need to know:

• Masks are optional but not provided
• Bring cash if you’d like to make a donation (you’ll be using over $100 worth of ingredients during your shift)
• Leave your valuables at home or in your car
• Bring a positive attitude and wear comfortable shoes
• We will provide a cool hairnet (let’s rock the hairnets)
• Parking is available at the Convention Center Parking Ramp located at 361 First Ave. SE
• You can use the 3rd floor skywalk or cross the street and enter via the Convention Center entrance
• Street parking is also available
• Kindly let us know if your plans have changed and you need to revise your registration
