If you’re an experienced packager and looking to get more involved at
Meals from the Heartland, we have the position for you!

The need for Pack Masters is great and we would love for you to learn about this special leadership role. As a Pack Master, you would learn more about our organization and interact with people throughout the community. It’s a great opportunity to have fun while patiently teaching people how to package correctly in order to feed starving children throughout the world.

Pack Master Training:

Tuesday, May 3

5:15-6:45 p.m.

Meals from the Heartland Packaging Center

357 Lincoln Street in West Des Moines

Please RSVP to Sandy Niland, Volunteer Coordinator, at 515-473-9530
or sandy.niland@mealsfromtheheartland.org by Monday, April 25.

What is a Pack Master?  A Pack Master trains, organizes and supervises packagers at the packaging stations, and also helps with setup and cleanup. You must be comfortable standing for three hours and lifting up to 30 pounds. If you’re interested in something a little more, come spend some time with our team and learn if this is right for you.

WE HOPE TO SEE YOU!

If you’re already a Pack Master – please share this with a friend of family member who might also be interested.
